Just start living for yourself. Take care of your responsibilities but balance that with time for yourself. If you have to set aside some time for yourself each day. Let those around you know that you won't be available at this time. Being aware of peoples feelings is fine, but try to balance what's best with them with what's best for you. If there's a conflict do what's best for you. Your probably tired all the time because of stress brought on by trying to make everyone happy all the time. Realize that you can't make everyone happy all the time, but you might be able to make them content. Because right now your feeling the effects of trying to please everyone all the time. Generally when people don't have enought time in the day its because they don't plan their day. Maybe you should try taking a few minutes in the morning as part of your 'Me' time away from everyone and set up a schedule for the day. If your still not convince think of it this way. Wouldn't you do more good to your friends and family if you were happy rather than in the sad state your in know? It's going to be up to you to make the change.
So make it ...

Things may appear to be blase or even difficult at this time, but remember, doing things for others is good. But doing for others does not mean you don't do for yourself. Many things in life are a matter of perspective. You could still be enjoying yourself helping others. Your time will come and you must have faith or take advantage of the opportunities for something to happen. Unfortunately, you may not know how or when this will happen, but remember life is a journey. Do not judge everything you see, but try to appreciate whatever you see for what it is. It is the judging that colors our world and life good and bad, but nothing is good and bad of its own, but the meaning that we place on it. Everything we do shapes the way we are. The meanings that we give those experiences can either poison or enrich our lives. Make your life as rich as it can possibly be.

Take one day and make it a selfish day. Make it all about you. Schedule a day where you get a pedicure, a manicure, highlights. Meet a friend for a lunch. Go to an afternoon movie. When you have a day where you are only concerned with yourself and what you want, it makes the other days more bearable. You need to look at life as something to be enjoyed and not a chore to be endured. Take a class, either in education to exercise your mind or a yoga class to exercise your body, or both. Shake yourself up a little.

When you go home, go in your room, lock the door, lie down and think of what you want out of life. Tell others that you need some "alone time". you would be amazed at how much thirty minutes a day will help - even if only to gather your thoughts.
