I would pronounce that as Lee Ann, personally. I like it! Does it have a special meanign for you? Names are what you make of them and dont worry about the child being made of or anything like that. Trust me kids can come up with jokes for any name out there.

I'd probably pronounce it Leanne. Leyenne looks a bit like you're trying too hard. It's like spelling the name "Eric" with a q.

It's a nice name. I think I would go with a more traditional way of spelling though. Maybe Leeann(e)/Lee Ann(e).. or even Leigh Anne/Leighanne

I don't like the name. LeeAnn sounds so much better and its got no question as to how it is said.
