defintely biomass for developing countries where they have a lot of cows bullocks etc. But in hill regions water or hydro power plants are better. So, it depends really.

Water isn't a source of energy. It takes energy to break it down. You can use the hydrogen as fuel but the exhaust is back to water.

Biomass is better because it is derived from decomposing waste organic materials. The methane gas is a good source of energy and it produce little pollution.

Both. rain is variable just look at the damns that are low in water. Biomass is pretty constant until you locally saturate the earth.

The fossil fuels are renewable energy sources .Where do u think our original fossil fuels came from. Nature has been recycling the fossil plant fuel .
