You do not have to obtain college credit before you enroll in a bachelor program. You will have to take some type of compass test to see what classes would be best for you to start with. As far as which online school would be best it would depend on which social science you were going in to.

I'm not sure why you wouldn't want credit. It is often possible to audit courses without credit, but you still have to pay for them. Unless there is some reason you want to learn a subject without there being any record of your taking a course, it doesn't make much sense.
