There are MANY web-based free email choices. Get on Google and search for "free email" and make a choice based on what you like about each.
Yahoo
Hotmail
Gmail (google)
Hushmail

the best which i have is gmail. its free and loaded with feautures.

you can also use that account for even more feautures with all of googles products.
