Like a piece of string stuck between your booty cheeks....like having a wedgie and not being able to pull it out....it sucks!

From the answers above I guess your not talking about the shoes I used to wear as a child. Thongs, chanclas, sandles, ciabata. Now that I know you are talking about under garments, a person I know wears them, we know cos it shows when she sits down. I asked her if they hurt when they ride up that much, and she said that it feel a lot better than wearing regulare underware that gets all scrunched up in there. Guess you can't have a flat behind to wear a thong!
