Teddy Hart. Ive seen a few indy clips of him and the guy is insane and a great wrestler but a little wet in the interview area, nothing a little advise and training from Uncle Bret couldn't help. Supposedly he is coming to the WWE, hope its true.

True, he is past his wrestling prime, but I would love to see him pass the gimmick on to someone like Paul London in WWE or Senshi in TNA.
