I read the instructions, then what I don't understand, I make up as I go along.

I made it up as I went along. Because I got lost reading the instructions in the beginning of reading.

I tend to make it up as I go along but if that fails,I will then read the instructions.

I read the instructions, my husband just makes it up as he goes. I usually end up with something that works.

I never read instructions as they usually printed in a language know one in their right mind would understand. However my partner does he goes over instructions with a fine tooth comb . Usually I have already dealt with what he was reading up on . Fellas grrr lol

I love to make it up as I go along...
I don't have the patience for instructions unless something goes drastically wrong.

It depends what the instructions are for. If I'm confident, I ignore them, otherwise I would glance over them. If I'm really stuck then I would pay more attention to the instructions.

my mum always reads the instructions very carefully... and proceeds only after she knows what's coming next.... but me, I don't care... dive into it head first... and and pick up the irritating instruction booklet only if im really stuck! But then, I have to figure where I am, in the process and that isn't always easy!
