Yeah you can. There are several factors that will help you. It all depends on your body structure.
For instance, If you are normally a large boned person, You may look like you've just gained weight. There is a girl here in my office who is 6 months and no one knows that she is pregnant. The only reason I know is because she is my admin and she told me.
To look at her you would think she has just gained about 10 pounds. She is a large boned women so it is easier for her to hide it. She is one of those girls that don't like the attention. She is a plain person.

im pregnant and at five 1/2 months i have quite a belly, I probably still could hide it for a bit longer but not easily! I am a smaller girl so I am all belly. I have a friend who hide it till she was seven months, we didnt have a clue! and she was my roommate!!! I also know a girl who hide the pregnancy right till she gave birth! But we saw her around her ninth month and were a bit suspicious she just kept denying it! So no, i dont think you can really hide a pregnancy unless you hide out somewhere! Why would you want to hide it though? Be proud! whatever you do, dont be stupid, if this is an unwanted child....give it up for adoption, you can do that without parental consent. Take care of yourself while you are pregnant though, your baby derserves that!

If you mean can you hide pregnancy because you do not want an employer to know for a while, you can try to wear baggy clothes that do not cling to your form, then possibly. I worked with a woman who hid her pregnancy from everybody until she was 6 months. She was still pretty new to the company and lay offs were occuring all the time so she wanted to do well at her job for a while before she announced her pregnancy.
So, if you carry the baby small and you wear clothes that are baggier you may be able to hide it for a while. Watch shirts with an empire waist or baby doll style as they look similar to maternity.
Im not sure if this is what you were looking for, but I hope this helps.

My best friend tried to in high school. It was winter, so she wore big coats, but by about 5 months the truth came out. Her parents were way madder than they would have been if she had just been honest from the beginning,. because she didn't give herelf the time to be responsible, get medical care, and begin preparing mentally and physically for her child. Also, there were some complications upon delivery (baby was underweight and not breathing) that could potentially have been avoided had she had medical care before she was 6 months pregnant.
So no, a pregnancy honestly cannot be hidden to term...and even if it could, you couldn't hide the baby or the fact that you were in the hospital for 2-3 days. In the summer, your chances of hiding the baby bump are even lower than my friend's were during the winter. If this is a question about yourself, please think of the baby and give him or her some medical care rather than worrying what people will think about you. It's not the end of your life, but it could be the end of his/hers.

Whether you are underage and trying to hide a pregnancy from your parents or in a bad relationship, hiding the pregnancy will only work so long. I hope that you find the help you need.
If you are underage, talk to your parents. They are not as bad as they seem! You will be suprised how far honesty can get you.
If you are in a bad relationship, either talk to your partner and work it out, or get out of the relationship all together. If keeping the baby is not a viable option, please consider adoption. There are TONS of great people out thier who would love to have children but for some reason or another, can't.

I'm not sure of your reason for wanting to hide the fact that you are pregnant, but I am hoping that I don't start really showing until after 20 weeks because I am getting married then! It's mostly so I can fit into the (very expensive) wedding gown that I have already purchased. I am at 12 1/2 weeks right now and you can't even tell I am pregnant. I walk about 2 miles every day and watch what I am eating, mostly fruits, grains, and veggies. Good luck =)

You can, but you can only hide it for so long. Eventually baggy clothes just don't cut it anymore, and also, eventually that baby is going to be born. You can't hide that!
Girls who hide their pregnancy usually don't get prenatal care from their doctor, and that is definitely BAD. You need to have prenatal care to make sure that not only the baby is healthy, but mom is too! There are a lot of things that can happen in pregnancy that can end up being life-threatening - like high blood pressure in the mother - and you wouldn't know you were sick unless you were seen by a doctor or midwife.

Very few girls can. I know it's happened before but there is really just no reason to. Regardless of age and family if you reach a certain point in your pregnancy abortion can no longer be an option, if that's the fear and you really want to go the route to hide it until then, then you can try. Even if so, prenatal care is of much importance and free clinics are out there for a reason.

Only until you start showing. But why would you want to hide a pregnancy anyway?
