Неllo! We are from Russia,from Kaliningrad city(was Kenigsberg).Our ask will be on page of details.?

The matter is that at construction of the house,have been found a remains of German soldier,the victim in second World war.May be anybody know adress organization,which can help find relatives of the victim?Thanksfull in advance.
