But it lacks on power. Exspecialy on excelaration. i get the revs up. Pull away and it just seems to die. And when im ridding. Open up the throttle but not much happens. It has been fitted with a nexxus pipe. I have replace all the pkugs and oil. It ticks over ok. But the power does not seem to be there. Can some one help.

It's almost 20 years old.
It might need a valve job.
Carbon builds up between the valve faces and valve seats. That prevents them from making a tight seal and some compression is lost, decreasing HP.
Adjust the valves.
When checking the clearances -
If they're loose, it's because the carbon build up is holding them open.
If they're tight, it's because the valve faces, seats and stems are getting worn down. Tight valve clearances are keeping the valves open, which cause them to leak and loose HP.
Perform a cylinder "leak down" test to check for valve leakage.
Check the cylinder compression while your at it.

I had one, the FJ, and it felt like a 125. I suggest you sell it and get something bigger, I swapped mine for a ZX10 and it's much better.
