Timmy, if this is ocd then we all have it. That's a blanket diagnosis, there are no details included to lead you to believe this person has ocd. This is normal human behavior. It is usually our subconscious' way of working out a problem or question. It will stay in your mind until, 1.) you do something about it, like find a solution or 2.) something else comes along to take it's place. Take what's on your mind and try to solve the dilemma, either physically or mentally. If you resolve it, it will go away.

We haven't resolved it, as someone has said, and because we keep thinking about it. We cannot resolve some questions that are we think of, but we can decide we can't do anything about it and learn to live with it, and turn to something that we can do something about, like homework or weeding around the house, cleaning the apartment, etc. And if that doesn't work, try to figure out who put the bop in the Bop-she-bop.

Look closely. You have some resentment, anger or conflict with it. the negative energy you give toward something with your emotions is the thing that locks you in. If you can look at it without the conflict, without the emotions, you'll break the link. Think toward the object with a different perspective. Some key word said differently will break the spell.

Resolve it. Obviously your sub-concious mind is dwelling on it which means there hasn't been resolution. What's the issue??
