I didnt. i thought it didnt have a plot line; like they made it up as they went along. It was like for the third movie they got new producers, writers, and a director. It was totally random and blah. I LUVED the pirates movies 1 and 2, but this movie ruined it. Maybe i just built it up too much that it couldnt possibly live up tp the standards. but whatever, i didnt like it very well. Who knows- maybe it will grow on me.

I totally agree. This was a completely different movie than the first two. Jack was not nearly as funny as the first two, and there was so many questions left unanswered. Barbosa and Elizabeth were the two main characters. I hate her as an actress. It was like they took the speech from Braveheart and told her to say it on the boat before they went to fight. That was so stupid. I would save my money to see something else. This was not worth the money!!!

My brother and his family getting ready to go see it now. I will wait for his input.
I always worry about those next movies after the first. Many are almost a rerun.
Heck, look at Jaws, I mean, how many ways can you kill a shark? They blew it up and electrocuted it, and it still keeps coming back. But, I did watch them, most when it was on home video.

I liked this one soooooo much more than 2, and thought it was comparable to 1. It had a really good mix of comedy and action. They went a little heavy by having excessive details, but I still thought it was super good.

I liked it very much, the randomness made it more "realistic" as life is not scripted, I liked that it had a good mixture of laughter, action, and tears.

I thought it was ok. I didn't like how there was a lot going on but it was entertaining. I also thought it was a little long, but it wasn't horrible.
