This is my second pregnancy but that was 2 years ago and I don't remember what my doctor said was ok to take. I do not have my first appointment until next Friday to ask all the necesary questions. I was so desprate last night that I just went aheah and took Tylenol and went to bed. I think it may be from Caffeen withdrawls (as soon as I found out I stopped soda all together)...I don't know but it has been 15 hours now and I am dying here at work!! The morning sickness doesn't help either!!!

Well cutting caffiene cold turkey didnt help your cause any. I am 23 weeks and still have a glass a day simply because i dont want the migrains. Tylenol and sleep are all i can suggest. Maybe try having a glass of soda too. Its OK to have some once in awhile. Doctors are saying to cut down when you are drinking like a pot of coffee a day. 1-2 cups a day isnt going to harm your baby!

I've had migraines for 16 years and my doctor told me to only take Tylenol. But I'm also high risk so maybe that's why. I haven't had them much since being pregnant, but when I do get it Tylenol does not work at all. I put a hot cloth over my face and go into a dark quiet room. Ask your doctor. You may be able to take something stronger. Good Luck!

You can take Tylenol. Also, my OB said that you can have up to 2 cups of coffee a day. The caffeine withdrawls can be murder. My OB said that she had one can of Coke a day because she couldn't live without and she had no problems with her baby.

Tylenol...I know thats one of the main thing that is safe to take while you are pregnant. Always double check with a pharmacist or doctor before taking any medication.

Tylenol or Extra Strength Tylenol as directed. My prenatal instructions say if you have anyblurred or dobule vision or unusual dizziness call Dr asap. IF taking the above does not work call your doctor on duty or on call.

I was having headaches a few weeks ago and I went to my docs and they told me that it's ok to take paracetamol. Try drinking lots of water that could be causing headaches.

I found caffeine helped my migraines while pregnant. There are actually studies that confirm that too. I found caffeine to be my "drug" of choice compared to an actual one.
