It is instinct among us cats to breathe in and out in sequence. For you dawgs, I guess it's different, lol... take a deep breath, listen to some good music in the car on the way to and from whatever is making you crazy... and look around you a little from time to time, to remind yourself why you're doing it. And then remind yourself that no one ever wished they had spent more time organizing the pantry. It's time with the kids and cats that counts when you're remembering stuff. ♥

Put a post-it note on your forehead saying breathe to remind you, or tattoo the word breathe on your hand. So silly. lol

My cat senses let me know or my hubby gives me a shove in the ribs. The tail always reacts too.

omg your brain sends massages to your lungs telling them to breath !! know one sits there telling them selves to breath it is a natural thing does it all on its own start spending your time reading or playing in a park than wondering if your body knows how to breath on it's own!! I must ADD a VERY STU-PIT ???
