California baby calendula cream is a miracle in a little tub, it's good for all sorts of things, we used it for my son's exzcema.

When my sons face would get chapped and windburnt in the winter, I liked the stick gerber made. Looks like a big chapstick, and about the diameter of a quarter. Johnsons and Johnsons Healing Naturals makes one too. These are usually in the baby aisle.

WOW my son was just like that, it got soooooo bad it looked like I neglected my son. I tried everything and then I tried Aveeno Soothing Naturals CREME. it has green writing. I just went to get the bottle and realized I got Hair and body wash. lol. oops(this time) I guess I will try it now. But That worked great for my son. It lasted all day. I got it at Walgreens but they also have it at walmart.

i have found that eucerin lotion and cream works very well and its made just for that purpose. it cost alittle more than baby lotion but it is thicker and works wonders.
