The above answers that say about 2.2 pounds per kilogram are right, conventionally.
But technically, kilograms measure mass, not weight, and pounds measure weight, not mass. It is only on the surface of the Earth that 180 kilograms weighs about 397 pounds. On the Moon it weighs only about 66 pounds and in orbit it weighs nothing.

As a rule of thumb to convert kilograms to pound you multiply 180 kg by 2=aprox 360 pounds.
note what we think of kilogram as weight is really a balance scale measurement of mass.
Weight is in itself is relative and it depend on the frame of reference in the gravity field of space.And can only be measured on the surface of another mass which is in contact with the mass to be weighted.
