Im running a business and one of my friends has offered me to put up an advert on their companies Electronic Notice Board which is viewed by over 2000 staff.
I was just wondering what electronic notice boards are and what kind of media do I need to create for it to be displayed on it? e.g. Webpage , PowerPoint Presentation etc? or just a Graphic with some info on it?

Why not ask your friend to show you some samples (of other adverts) ???
After all - this is what you would do if some-one suggested you place an advert in their Magazine or on their Radio Show or on TV ??

You better take a help of your friend in context, who has proposed a media, before you proceed further.
