Is the computer box for an 89 Honda Accord (carb) same as the one in a 91 Accord PGM-FI?

need to switch from multiport to Carb

you may still be able to use the old computer but your engine light will be on forever i dont think you can swap the computer as there are way to many things you will also need to swap why are you switching any way most people go the other way you will loose power
you also need to pull the tank fuel pump and replace it with a tube and install a low pressure pump in line as you cant suck through the pump in the tank

No, I believe thry are different. See if you can get the one off the fuel injected engine.
