I would say that it is clam and soothing like the sound of the ocean.

I would think that just like you can put 3 pieces of clothing in front of a blind person and each would have a different texture... You would describe color in a similar fashion. One piece of fabric is denim, one is cordorury, and one is cotton knit. Colors are sorta like that. I am no expert though. They may have devised a much better way to describe colors to blind people.
I have a question for blind people... how would they describe a box to us? Without us touching the box? It probably is along the same lines... can't wait to read your other answers.

It's not possible to describe the color. You could describe how it makes you feel. If a person has been blind all their lives I imagine it's hard to understand much at all about colors.

Descibe the senses.
Feeling: The color blue is like the cool breeze blowing through my hair.
Taste: The color blue is the taste of blueberrys.
Hearing: The color blue is the sounds of the soft waves proceeding it's way to the sandy beach.
Smell: We could use blueberrys or the smell of the ocean, lake, or whatever seems to be pleasant.

Blue, It's cool, comfortable, soothing, and sometimes sad. Blue is the color of the sky and sometimes the water. Blue is sometimes used to describe an unhappy mood, i have no idea why.

You can't. It's impossible. Thats like spiderman walking up to you and describing different feelings from his spidey senses...you'll just look at him and be weirded out. There is no description you can provide that will accuratly describe the color blue.

Well, if the person was born blind the best thing to do is associate with feelings, like everyone said, is better to related it to something cold, like an ice cube for example. Take care!â

Ice is too cold, it is more like white. Blue is like running your hand through cool water. It fills our sky and surrounds us. Some oceans reflect it back from the sky so when you are on the ocean you can be surrounded by blue. It is the color of our world from outer-space.

Blue is a hue in the spectrum of the rainbow. It's the color that comes between green and violet. You might say that if they were able to see the sky it would have a peaceful, safe and refreshing affect on their emotions.
