No, because Kinsler has dropped off considerably since his hot strick. He is actually available in my 12 team H2H league. You might've gotten this deal through a month ago when he was hitting a home run every game but you probably did not want to trade him then.
Honestly, anything you can get of decent value for Kinsler would be a good move. He's really the deal breaker if were me, Lee is pretty good but he has a way to go.
Willis is a stud this trade won't make it but shop Kinsler and hope he hits a few homers so you can get value for him.

Look at more than this year's numbers. Durham and Willis are top quality players. Kinsler and Lee have not shown consistency. I would be insulted.

I am not impressed with Kinsler's numbers, so I would play it safe and not accept the offer.
