I think this must be the first time such a partnership shared by four batsmen and that too for this reason: Exhaustion.
Has it happened before in Tests?

The stand has been improved to 408 runs by four batsmen for the first wicket,with each of them scoring a century.Something unique.

Ya...this is a strange partnership.......I tryed to check any such thing happened in past....but could not get any information. Will anybody share the info...in case any such thing happened in the past....plz

No this thing has not happened before.
But once(in 1986-87) Australia neared this feat and missed it by 1 run.The first 3 scored centuries and the fourth man got 99.
