usually go out looking for "strange" or are they usually pursued and seduced by the "strange"? I know nobody can be MADE to do anything and that cheating is a choice. But is it hard to turn down the "strange" when it keeps throwing itself in your face, and telling you "all the right things" to make you feel like you are a gift to this world. NO I HAVE NOT CHEATED.....Just Curious.

Well that`s why most people cheat. They find that someone with all the right words and temptation takes over. Cheating is a choice and most who cheat continue to cheat. I wouldn`t call it strange, it`s just different.

It's kind of hard to be seduced by something that you're not looking for.
As best as I can tell, having been cheated on, and having been offered to cheat, one would have to be pretty selfish and self centered to do so, no matter how hard the strange is "throwing" themselves at some one.

It really doesn't matter if your looking or if it falls into your lap. Cheating will be cheating if you do something. My experience has been to talk to my husband when this happened to me. I was very honest about what I was thinking and feeling and whether we should work to make our relationship better or we should end it so no one got hurt by cheating. We decided to work on our relationship together. The honesty served to make our relationship stronger and the "strange" moved on to another.

I think subconsciously men are genetically programmed to be looking for new opportunities. It has been in genetics since the beginning of man ... continuation of the species, survival of the fittest, etc. That is why the body is designed to enjoy sex so much ... so that we want it all the time.
I have no idea the thought process for the women ... I will never claim to be able to understand those who have such power over me....

I think all cheaters are crap!!! When you are married to someone you should have everything you would want in a man or woman.... isn't that the reason we are supposed to get married in the first place??
