I got a Laptop but can't connect everywhere I go. People are starting to catch up and locking their routers leading to me not being able to steal their signal. I have my router @ home but range is never going to be enough for everywhere I go. What the best satellite service for my Laptop, service wise and Money wise?

I believe you are really wanting an Internet service that rides the celullar network, not a sattelite service. Satellite services are designed for stationary locations, much like a satellite TV dish service.

ATT, Sprint, and Verizon all offer cellular internet services. All have introduced this in major cities and have upgraded them markedly. All are rolling this out in more locations and plan to offer it most everywhere once they complete the roll out. Major population areas are being served first.

As with voice cellular, coverage varies from very good to fair to poor and to dead. Check the coverage area of each carrier for the places where you will be in most of the time and select from there.

Finally, stealing other people's signal is a good way for you to get into legal trouble. I suggest you stop this practice. While the individual should block this you also should not steal either.

I use Cingular at work and it has good coverage and great speed, most of the time. I heard Sprint has an even faster download speed.
