It's best to clean up paint from your body when it is still wet. It comes off with the same material that you use to thin the paint. After it dries, depending on the type of paint, it becomes much harder to clean up. You can still use the same material that you use to thin the paint with but you will need much more "elbow grease".
To help with paint clean up you can use gloves, a hat and long sleeves when you paint. This idea is to keep the paint from getting on you in the first place.
