As long as I can remember I've had a habit of wiggling and snapping my toes constantly. Whenever I'm watchin' TV or calming down I have to move them constantly. The funniest thing about it is, that my father, my grandma, my sister and my brother wiggle their toes the same way like I do. So my question is: do you also have body movements, which you copied from other family members?

It's possible. Many habits are learned and mimic. Children learn many thing by coping the adults around them and many of the leaned things stick with them into adulthood.

My mom says I have little nervous twitches my grandmother use to do... like the rhythm/motions I do when using hand lotion. I concentrate on my thumbs like my grandma did. I also play with my hair the same way she did. And I wear the same type of clothing and socks my grandma did for bed. My grandma has passed away....so I don't remember everything but I do remember the socks!

I started cracking my neck to the side after I was with my last bf. Because he did it around me constantly. So I guess I just picked it up. My sister and I sleep the same way hand placement and everything. Same with our mom.
