Tri-cyclen lo, spotting or period?

I am on tricyclen lo and I skipped my period this month by taking the first week of pills immedietly after the last week. About a week into the new pill pack I started bleeding. That was sometime yesterday. It has been quite light and I am wondering if this is just spotting, or if I am going to be on my period now? I took my pill everyday so I'm not sure why I am bleeding.

This definitely sounds like spotting because of adjusting to the pill but I would recommend checking in with your dr to be on the safe side.
