I live in the Chicago suburbs. We have so many immigrants that any kind of food is available here. I love Asian food so we eat out at least once a week or my husband who was stationed in Korea for a year will cook Korean/Chinese food. We also have the best pizza in the world. I do like to make turkey and stuffing for big holidays and my daughter loves to bake muffins and cookies. We love to make Sunday brunch with eggs, pancakes, fruit and sausage/bacon.

Last week, I found a restaurant that served smelt (a small fish from my hometown area of Wisconsin.) I also love spareribs and saurkraut (a childhood favorite.) and corned beef and cabbage.

I live in Ontario, Canada. I eat a lot of:
- fish (talapia, sole, halibut)
- pasta (spaghetti, lazagna)
- steak
- rice and frozen veggies (broccoli, cauliflower)
- chicken

Canada is so multicultural that we have every type of food in the world in every major city (at least in Ontario). In Toronto you can easily get authentic Indian, Jamaican, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, etc.
