Taking any medication that is not prescribed is not healthy and clomid especially requires that monitoring of a doctor while taking. Have friend go to doctor or clinic and let them know what she is taking so she can be monitored to avoid any side effects.

Your friend should not take clomid if it wasn't prescribed for her. She may experience bad side effects and needs to be under a doctor's care.

Your friend should see a doctor.

If it was not prescribed for her she should not be taking it. She can have major side affects from the drug that is not controlled by a doctor. I am not sure what you mean by is she safe. Safe from what? She can get pregnant and it could result in multiple births and health issues.

Please tell her not to take them and go see a doctor.
