This is yet another disgusting term that represents a sexual act. It means using your hand to stroke a man's penis to orgasm. If anyone tells you it isn't having sex with someone they are wrong.
Any act involving private body parts normally covered by a bathing suit or trunks is a sexual act.
People are much too casual about their use of sex outside of a marital relationship. Don't believe everything you hear either. Not everybody is hopping in and out of bed with people they hardly know like on TV and in movies these days.
Some people still have self-respect and actually care enough about the person they have fallen in love with to wait until they are in a holy union with God joining them in marriage.
