Can someone effectively convince me to get off my lazy butt and do some work?

Choose a specific time: 7:11 am/ Have a specific chore that you'll do: wash dishes/ and do it! This allows yourself little vacations between duties and you'll get done what you want. By the time the day is done you've accomplished required duties. Only plan out two to three hours from now though. Be kind to yourself and don't overwork. It's OK to rest.

You can't be more lazy than me. And I hate to do work, even if you wash a cup it will at least be something. Then u can say that u actually did something and not feel guilty about doing nothing.

Remember, you get what you think about the most and the speed with which you get it is in direct proportion to how much you think about it.
So think about what you want the most and you will be motivated to do the work necessary to obtain it.
