Talk to him...
Explain that you failed, but rather than leaving it at that, let him see that you are dissapointed that you failed (not just cause you want something expensive... I wouldnt mention that bit if I were you!)
Ask him to help you, explain that you are willing to make an effort to sort it out... Get on his good side.
But otherwise there is nothing you can do. He is going to find out, and by keeping quiet now you are only going to make it worse...
In future ask for help when you need it, dont leave it this late...

Be Honest with your dad - go enroll in a summer course to make up for the math grade. Chances are your mother has already told your dad - so perhaps it is a test on your honesty to him. Ask him to take the money he was to spend on your gift and help you with this math course. Show him you are sincere about your grades more so than the gift- you may see you get both by doing this. Hope this helps!!

First of all, speak to your tutor. sort out a plan that will entail lots of hard work on your part (probably over the next 3-6 months) so going out is out of the question. agree to weekly reviews on a one to one basis with your tutor so that you both can see your progress, then let your dad know that you failed but that you have actions in place to not only catch up but exceed your peer groups targets. it would probably also help to realise that maths is fun when you try harder!

WTF???
you don't deserve something expensive!!!!
two ways
1. make money buy yourself
2. judging by the way your dad is asking, he knows I guess, does he always ask for your report card? He might know because your mom told him, he is waiting for you to tell the truth
you deserve what you get, get it over with and don't fail math next time

properly, honesty is the terrific coverage and that i stick through that rule. I had an identical element going while i replaced into in 8th grade besides, purely diverse subject. I purely look at him and informed him I fail my language attempt to that it replaced into extremely complicated. And informed him that i might try extra stable the subsequent around.

He will eventually find out, so tell him. It might lessen the impact if you tell him what you plan to do to fix the situation. Will you study harder? Will you make sure you do your homework.? If you have an action plan to fix this, he may be less angry. More importantly, do it for yourself....

Be honest and ask him to tutor you.
Next time, don't wait so long, ask your teacher for help when you first realize you are struggling with the subject.
Shame on your mom for not getting you help!!!!

He must already suspect it if he wants to see your report card first. It will be better the faster you tell him.

you walk up to him and say "Dad.....I failed math" there is nothing you can do to save yourself from the wrath of Dad...for it's reach and grasp is infinite!
