Adam killed them with a bow and arrow....and Eve cooked their meat on a wood fire.
But seriously, I'm so far from that stage of school to go into detail: but two words EXTINCTION and I think something to do with a COMET or the BIG BANG.....so I guess that makes 4 words [man am I trippin]

Nobody knows why they died out. There were a number of things that were changing at or near the end of the Cretaceous Period that may have affected the dinosaurs, like climate change, sea level changes, severe volcanic activity, continent connections (and associated population mixing, maybe disease introductions), and of course at least one significant (huge) meteorite that landed at the edge of what is now Central America and caused detectable world-wide affects. The thing is, dinosaurs had been around a long, long time, and had made it through all those kinds of things at one time or another before. There had been changes in the kinds of dinosaurs, but there had always been some kinds that kept going. Maybe things were just changing so much that they finally couldn't adjust any more. Maybe there were too many changes too close together. Maybe the meteorite (or meteorites; perhaps there were more than just the one big one) was the last straw. It's possible that there may have been other causes that we don't see any recognizable signs of - after all, we're trying to analyze a fairly sudden event by looking at a shadow of events of thousands of years packed into a thin slice of rock. One frame of a video won't tell you a whole lot about the 3-hour movie it comes from. Anyway, the point is, that after the sudden change in the rocks that marks the end of the Cretaceous period, no fossils can be found that show dinosaurs were alive. Birds were around, of course, so dinosaur descendants made it through, but dinosaurs, (and also a whole lot of other kinds of animals), just up and disappear.

The exact mechanism is not clear. It is clear that an asteroid or large meteor struck in the Caribbean just north of Yucatan some 65 million years ago, and that it somehow caused the demise of the dinosaurs. But it does not appear that the immediate effects of the explosion was what killed them off; other effects, such as dust causing climate change, apparently were involved. So, the matter is still open.

Dinosaurs had their brains in their tails.Whenever they noticed any animal, the response is received a bit slower. So,in the meanwhile, the animal runs away seeing the giant animal. For a long period of time they did not get any food. So,they are extinct. this is the accurate answer.

loads of theories but the main one is meteor impact which killed most. any remaining were then killed by a following severe weather change that the dust blanket caused

well one BIG meteor hit the earth and the impact was big. some of the Dino's died because of the impact and other died because of the thick air that covered everything and it made it impossible for them to breath.
