new home in south east suburbs - suburb help?

Hi All,

We are a young couple looking to build our first home.. hopefully with a house and land package

except what we are finding is that all of the estates are too far away from where we would like to live... we would like to stay on the peninsula but the only estate close to our price range is cranbourne, where can i go to find out more about this suburb?

Most towns or cities have a website. Do a generic search on your suberb through a search engine and see what it pulls up. Also, you can see if there are any child predators on your state polices website. I would also get the local school names through the website and give them a search also. If all else fails, visit a local realtor. They will have all the info. you need. :)
