Duh! Obviously, you are confident enough in your masculinity to value the colour pink (always thought it was more of a purple though... will have to adjust my monitor)... and you're just a little creepy crawly...

Spiders are agile and busy creatures, they can move here and there and get in and out of tight places, they can weave their webs to attract...answers I think.
