The majority of the people will post like this:

But you have to look at it from a logical point of view. In the Order of the Phoenix, they fought each other to a stand still, thats when Dumbledore didnt have an injured arm, Voldemort is youthful and is powerful, Dumbledore is old and undoubtedly powerful. If Dumbledore didnt die in the 6th one, and he went up against Voldemort, he would probably have been slain.

I think Dumbledore--at least Voldemort thinks so, otherwise he wouldn't have tried to have Draco kill him by stealth.
On a power vs power basis I'd go with Dumbledore, but knowing the prophecy, I think that Dumbledore felt the best he could do is neutralise Voldemort, not finish him.

it's obviously dumbledore. voldemort would have died a long time ago if he didn't have his 7 hocruxes hidden everywhere. and besides, dumbledore was far older, and had fought many dark wizards before voldemort
