TopTENREVIEWS.com rated them in the top ten, but the rest of the programs were charging. AVG and AVAST are still free. Check the toptenreviews web site to pick up on it;s strength and wweaknesses.

AVG is JUNK. It is totally worthless. I recommend active virus shield. It is by far the best free antivirus program you will ever use.

It is a really good antivirus software it works perfectky because the signatures are made really good

Yes it allows you to find viruses and trap them so they can't go on to harm your computer. We had it for a long time but my mom never renewed our subscription because it was "expensive" and "she wanted to see what was out there".
