By nature, do you think all women are maternal? Why/why not?

No way! I think it's too common a misconception that having a baby will automatically make you a mother. I think it's a combination of factors, nature vs nurture, that add to a woman's ability to feel maternally. Just look at the number of women who knowingly hurt their own children. This is a good question, maybe one that more women should think about before having kids!

Physically and hormonally all women are designed for maternity. Society and environment can influence womankind to modify the maternal role, and every different brain has its own set of ideals. Although all are designed the same, we all make different connections, some more strongly than others, and while perhaps the `means` are available, the prerogative to breed is often naturally less active or suppressed.
