Skype chat - how to block strangers bothering me with their business promo spamming?

I like having my Skype chat on for people I know but I keep getting interrupted by unknown people wanting to talk with me about their manufacturing business in China and rubbish like that. It's telemarketing but with computers. Can I do something to block these random unknowns?

You shuold block all except the names you added to the list yourself.
