a^3 + b^3 = (a + b)(a^2 - ab + b^2)
x^3 + 1 = x^3 + 1^3 = (x + 1)(x^2 - x + 1)

x^3+1^3=(x+1)(x^2-x+1)

x^3+1 has a root which is -1 so it can be dividide by x+1
so you obtain X^3+1 = (x+1)(x^2-x+1)
