It all depends on their shifts and how much tips they get.
But last year my friend made 69k from the palms.

Neither hotel has a great location, in terms of access to the rest of the strip, but Mandalay Bay has the advantage of being ON the strip, with a free tram that gets you into a better location. Palms is off the strip and you'd have to take a taxi from there to the strip (no shuttles). But Palms is definitely a bigger party hotel - it's probably a better place to celebrate a birthday like that.

I don't think they let you deal drugs in those places.
Maybe in the street you can deal but the cops will
get you....
