Do you have a "spam" bin or something similar? If you dump 'em in there, it'll get to recognise them & eventually stop them in their tracks. Depends on your ISP, but in AOL it's "report spam".

It's a problem. Does your ISP offer a spam filter?, that will get most of them but all spam filters catch the occasional genuine item. "Mailwasher" from firetrust.com (and others) will identify most spam and delete it from the server, but it does mean an extra step in the mail process. The real answer is to have 2 email addresses, one for sign-ups, where you expect spam, and a private one where you are careful where you give it out. In either case make the name less than obvious; that is don't use something like mrdee@ something.com, but make it a bit more difficult to guess at like j0nsm1th@....

Presumably you are using Microsoft Outlook since you are referencing Office.

As suggested above, you can create a new account. However, you can also add Rules to divert your Spam (1st link below).

You may also consider downloading a Spam blocking program. SPAMfighter is good, but the free version can only be used for one Outlook or Outlook Express account on a computer (see 2nd link below)

Don`t just delete your spam, instead report them as spam to minimize what you get everyday. I have them all before but now its been minimized since i reported them as spam. also try avoiding using that email with commercial sites or you will definitely hear from too much spam in your inbox.

Report/class them as spam and they will get less over time.
Don`t be concerned about them, spam them it only takes seconds.

Create a "private e-mail address and keep the old one for use while getting things on the internet. Use the private one just for family, friends and business contacts
