Way to remove someone using MSPaint over picture?

What I mean is, the only only picture I can find is on MySpace where someone blacked out a couple of faces with either MS Paint or Photoshop. Is there anyway to remove that without leaving a massive hole there? I mean, I know the face is still there, isn't there a way to kind of bypass the black spot that will reveal their faces?

MS Paint and photoshop totally alter the picture permently. You could try "undo."
