when i measure my self from the top of the base to the tip i am 6 inches but when i measure from the bottom of the base to the tip im 7

Just know your average, but measurement of your penis is done from the top.

Uh, and the reason this is important is???? Can't you both SEE how big it is? Don't you have more interesting things to do when it's erect than fumbling with a ruler? What possible difference could it make what number you call it?
