The simple answer would be ''yes''. But it really isn't so much the question itself but rather the subjects or issues. In other words, most of the time, questions simply stimulate my mind in a sense. The initial question (and what I think may be the attitude of the poster) is what I initially think about, but then I begin to focus on the actual subject or issue that the question involves... And THAT'S what I spend a lot of time thinking about.

Not really. It comes and goes. Some days I'm in the zone, asking questions left and right. Other days, I can't think of anything.
