Time as we perceive it is linear based. If we attempt to analyze it the way that Albert Einstein did we can assume that it is part of a continuum that exists in the form of a ball rather than a type of fourth dimension highway that never ends. This ball containing matter, space and time is far too complex for human minds to understand, much like a 429 Super Cobra Jet is to a penguin.

No! because the "tickers" will give out. Time has at least two meanings. Conscious subjective time is how we understand it and it is linear to us. Time is also a dimension of the space time continuum that is the "root and ground", the underpinning, of the universe. Connect these two concepts into a theory of a universal mind (ancient logos) and you may win a Nobel prize. (It is forbidden by the principles of science to do so!) Even that Hypothetical Logos may not be forever as the last astronomical evidence is that the expansion of the universe is accelerating and the universe (all that we know that is) will have an end.

Forever is infinite; we conscious beings and the (conscious?) universe isn't. Neither in space-time nor in conscious time. (As far as we know.)

Time is a man made concept. We have a need to explain events in a linear way with beginnings middles and ends. To have a past present and a future. Man needs this not the universe. The universe doesn't care about time, and won't.

From a Christian perspective, "time" is simply man's way of measuring, in a linear fashion, the events of his life and that of mankind. In the greater scheme of things, 'eternity' and/or "forever" exist prior to the creation of earth and also following a person's death or when God returns to earth thus finishing up his plan for creation and issuing judgement/rewards; and then everyone will spend "forever" in one of two places.... hope this helps...

Time is a measurement.A measurement between events and or distances in the universe. Before the universe began {big bang}there was not events or matter thus no time. When the universe exsists no longer, matter and events will no longer take place .Therefore time will cease to exsist. Nothing to measure,no event, no distance, therefore no time. So time will end.
