No. It is just fancy looking plastic film and is not heat or burn resistant. Put some close to (but not on) a hot light bulb and see what happens.

No. 100+ is probably something to start thinking about. 102 for adults is getting serious, 104 for adults is really bad. Small kids can handle a little higher temperatures, but you need to take more care make sure it is not symptomatic of something else, since they are not as able to self-evaluate. .

Yes, we use it in the movie industry directly in front of very hot lights. It resists heat very well.
