Paper Cut by Linkin Park is good.
My Chemical Romance has a bunch of angsty songs that I like to listen to when I feel mad or depressed. But they probably wouldn't help ya. :D
Then there's I'm Alive by Disturbed, and even Never Again by Kelly Clarkson, if you're not into punk or rock. That's a nice, angst-filled song, too... But I think Paper Cut would probably be best of those three.
Hope I helped at all!!

"Malleus Maleficarum" by A.F.I is what I first think of. (check out the lyrics and then listen, it should work for you.) You could try the band Against All Authority. They have so many great songs, but lately "Silence Is Golden But Duct Tape Is Silver" Strikes a chord.
Rage Against The Machine songs, some Rancid songs, some Casualties. Check that kind of stuff out. Also most songs off of AFI's first few albums are nothing but angst.

"What up?" by 4 Non Blondes
(Despite the title, the song does not contain the phrase "what's up", but has "what's goin' on" in the refrain)
