I have the same problem... granted your boobs are bigger than mine but I found if I wear two sports bras... one with an underwire and over that one I wear a snug sports bra without an underwire... its not the most comfortable contraption to wear but it keeps my boobs from hurting after my daily excersice.... hope this helps!

Don't worry, that's normal. It probably means that your breasts are bouncing when you run, which is typical if someone has enough tissue(boob) there. The solution is easy - see if you can get your hands on a bra. A sports bra, or even a regular bra, would keep them from moving as much. If your mom won't get one for you, then try a tight tank top or even a bikini top underneath your shirt - that should hold them in place a bit until you can convince her. More good news is that sports bras are pretty cheap and you can find them at many stores for $5- $20 (like Target, Walmart, Kmart, any sports store, and even department stores like Macy's, JCPennys, Sears, etc.) You're maturing - try talking to your mom again calmly :) and maybe she'll realize that you probably need to start wearing a bra because it hurts when your breasts bounce. ps.. she may not realize that you are feeling pain, or she may be afraid that you are growing up! (not a bad thing)

Get a properly fitted, properly made sports bra. You'll be fine. I'm a 36D and have always been VARY active. The only time I have pain is when I wear cheap bras. My sister is a 42FF, she's just fine with a properly made and fitted bra for all activities.
The size is not to important so long as the gear is right.
Also, have someone assess your gait. You could be running wrong and causing heavy pounding on your body. This would hurt not only your breasts, but your joints as well. However, you'd feel it in your breasts right away, it would take a few months to feel the damage to your joints.

Technically, running or jogging is not good for you. Jogging causes a lot of strain on your knees, shins, etc. Notice that a lot of athletic women have very small busts. Brisk walking is better. I have breast augmentation. I find that wearing sports bra in a bigger size helps to support them.
If you ever consider breast reduction; be aware that some doctors tend to mutilate you. The scars look terrible across your breasts.

Try a bra made for horseback riding. They work great, and come in sizes for large chested women. If they can support you riding horses, they can handle jogging.

stop running, bike, all that running is tearing the tissues that hold your breasts up. they will be in your lap soon.
