That's a good question. I think it has to do with the fact that eggplants aren't mammels, and so therefore they must lay eggs right? I think so. Yes. That must be it.

To make it sound like it might actually taste good. I tasted eg plant once in my life and immediate threw up. EEEEEwwwww. Maybe will con people into thinking it has to do with eggs and they will at least take a bit of it.

I don't get why a hamburger is a hamburger when there is no ham in it. I guess it's so everyone can be confused. LOL.
